Privacy notice
Who we are
Earth Loop Electrical is the trading name of an independent sole trader electrical business serving customers across London. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us at info@earthloopelectrical.co.uk or on 07539 900999.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode or location, the kind of customer you are, the service you need, a description of the job and your preferred date, time and contact method. Your email address and budget range are optional. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we see your number or address and whatever you tell us.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, talk through the job, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and support the work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once you ask for a quote or a booking, on taking steps at your request before a contract. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is passed to us through Web3Forms, an online form service, and delivered to our business email. That service processes the information on our behalf. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months, then delete them. If we carry out work for you, we keep the records we need for the job, for any guarantee and for our legal, tax and insurance obligations.
Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies or tracking tools, and it loads its fonts from our own server. If we add analytics in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires it. Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@earthloopelectrical.co.uk, call 07539 900999 or message us on WhatsApp. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
