Terms and conditions
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the information, quotes and prices on it. They are provided by Earth Loop Electrical, an independent sole trader electrical business serving customers across London. Contact: info@earthloopelectrical.co.uk, 07539 900999.
Using this website
The website is for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is not a substitute for advice about your own property. Please do not copy or reuse our text, images or logo without our written permission.
Quotes and prices
The prices on this website are indicative starting prices. The final cost depends on the property, materials, access requirements and the scope of work, and is confirmed in a clear written quote before any work begins. The quote sets out the work included, labour, materials and any additional charges, and explains any necessary remedial work separately. VAT, where applicable, is shown in the quote. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation.
Appointments
We operate by appointment. We aim to confirm appointment times in advance and to arrive when agreed. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as you can. Emergency call-outs may be available outside normal hours, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.
Our work and documents
We carry out work with appropriate care and attention to detail, in line with applicable electrical safety requirements. Where applicable, we provide the appropriate test results, certificates and documentation for the work we have done. Where further investigation or remedial work is needed, we explain it and agree any additional cost with you before going ahead.
Guarantees and your rights
Any workmanship guarantee we offer is confirmed in writing and states its duration and terms. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products and equipment under the manufacturer’s terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any work, please contact us. We aim to address any concern about completed work promptly and professionally.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for the content of other websites we link to.
Privacy
How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy notice.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies when you use the website. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you keep any rights you have to use your local courts. Last updated: October 2026.
