EICR electrical condition reports in London
A clear picture of the condition of your wiring. For landlords, letting agents, buyers, sellers and anyone who wants peace of mind about their electrics.

What this service covers
An Electrical Installation Condition Report, or EICR, is an inspection and test of an existing electrical installation. It looks for damage, deterioration, defects and potential safety concerns, and it records what it finds in a written report. Landlords, letting agents, buyers and sellers often need one, and so does anyone who simply wants to know where their wiring stands.
After the inspection you receive a report with clear findings, and we talk you through them in plain English. If the report points to work that needs doing, we quote for it separately so you can decide what to do next. Nothing is done without your agreement.
Who needs an EICR?
- Landlords: in England, private landlords must have the electrics in rented homes inspected and tested at least every five years
- Letting agents and property managers keeping a portfolio up to date
- Buyers and sellers who want to know the state of a property’s wiring
- Homeowners: industry guidance suggests a report every ten years, and when you move in
